Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Berks County is hosting their Gala of Light Fundraiser on Saturday, September 28 at Building 24 from 5 PM to 8 PM. Champion for Children honors will be awarded to East Penn Manufacturing and Attorney Susan DeNaro for their work improving the lives of children in Berks County. There will be a live auction of art from the Berks County Art Alliance and a fabulous silent auction. Please join us for an enchanting evening of tasty appetizers, live music, and mingling with others who care about Berks’ children.
Proceeds from the Gala of Light funds the recruitment, training, and support of volunteer court appointed child advocates who stand for abused and neglected children of Berks County. The event is expected to raise enough funds to support one-to-one advocacy services for 25 child victims of abuse and neglect. Change a child’s life by attending this event. Tickets are limited.
